Before you park
Licensed & insured
Every vehicle, boat and trailer stored on the lot must be currently licensed and insured.
No hazardous materials
No hazardous materials stored in or on your unit — things like loose fuel cans, chemicals or explosives.
Signed waiver
Everyone signs our storage agreement and waiver before parking. You can do it online when you book.
Parking only — no camping
RVs, motorhomes and campers are stored, not lived in. No camping, sleeping or overnight stays on the lot.

Can I take my vehicle or boat out and bring it back?
Yes. Every booking includes in & out privileges, and the gate is accessible 24 hours a day — come and go as often as you like.
How is the lot secured?
The lot is fenced with a locked, secured gate and monitored by security cameras.
I have a truck and a boat trailer. Am I charged twice?
Each vehicle or trailer is normally charged separately. If they stay connected while parked, they're charged as one unit — using the total length of both together. For example, a 20 ft truck towing an 18 ft trailer counts as 38 ft, so the 25 ft & over rate applies.
How do you decide which rate I pay?
Rates are set by the overall length of your unit (under 25 ft, or 25 ft and over) and how long you stay. The booking form shows your price before you send it.
Can I stay in my RV or camper on the lot?
No. RV, motorhome and camper storage is parking only — no camping, sleeping or overnight stays on site.
What do I need before I park?
Your vehicle, boat or trailer must be licensed and insured, and you'll need to sign our storage agreement and waiver. You can do both when you book online.
What can't I store?
No hazardous materials of any kind. Units must be licensed and insured. See the full storage agreement for details.
When do I pay? Can I cancel?
No payment is needed to book — we hold your spot and payment is due on your arrival date, by Interac e-Transfer, secure online bank payment (Plaid) or credit card through a secure Square payment link. We'll send payment instructions when we confirm your booking. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge until 11:59 pm Pacific Time the day before you arrive. No-shows still pay for their booking.
What if I need to stay longer?
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll extend your booking at the regular rate. Overstays that aren't arranged with us are charged the daily rate plus 20% for each extra day.
Do you offer long-term or seasonal storage?
Yes — monthly rates are ideal for summer boat storage or parking an RV or trailer for the season. Get in touch if you need something longer.
